[EC-NCSG] Introduction of IFLA

Thanks so much Robin.

Do we have a separate spreadsheet with details of all the approved members
for each constituency (NPOC and NCUC)? This is certainly essential because
NPOC elections will soon be underway (and we are continuously in the
process of adding members).

I will also be sending an update on the NPOC members of the NCSG Policy
Committee, Executive Committee and Membership Committee by tomorrow latest.
