[EC-NCSG] propose we move up NCSG-EC Mtg by 60 minutes

Hi,

With all the last-minute schedule changes, the NCSG Executive  
Committee Meeting now conflicts with the Public Forum on Thursday and  
I'm sure you agree we need to be at the Public Forum for the board- 
community interactions.

So I'd like to propose that we move our NCSG Executive Committee  
meeting back an hour to 12:00 - 13:30 on Thursday (instead of  
13:00-15:00).  The Public Forum then starts at 13:30.  I think 90  
minutes should be enough time and we can munch on lunch while we work.

Would that work for you all?
