[EC-NCSG] Membership Approval of ICVolunteers

I'm working on the electoral list for nPOC and my head is spinning. Here is
another reason to have ICANN GNSO Secretariat manage our membership
database!!! Apologies,,,My mistake!!!! Thanks.
