[EC-NCSG] NCSG Endorsement of Avri Doria to ATRT2

I wanted to notify you that NCSG endorses Avri Doria as our primary  
endorsement to participate in at the ATRT2.

NCSG additionally supports the nomination of Marie-Laure Lemineur as  
a participant of ATRT as the council balances out diversity  
requirements.
