[EC-NCSG] Fwd: GNSO nominees to the ATRT2 team - our upcoming call at 11:00PST

Dear Robin,

Thanks. Marie-laure Lemineur, primary representative for The Center for
Study, Analysis and Training in Human Rights (CECADH), Costa Rica, an NCSG
member, and NPOC's Program Committee Chair, has applied for position of
Volunteer Review Team Member - see
http://www.icann.org/en/about/aoc-review/atrt/2/applications.

Before seeking GNSO endorsement, Marie-laure would have to receive NCSG
endorsement. I see there is at least one more NCSG candidate (Avri). What
is the process you have in place or intend to put in place for this
endorsement by NCSG and forwarding for GNSO endorsement. Given the
different but outstanding qualifications of both Avri and Marie-laure,
could NCSG endorse both?
