[EC-NCSG] New NCSG Membership Applications Approval by email ?

Hi Rafik,

Two lists were provided to NCSG-EC list  by Robin for our prep for our Dec
21st call. But when I consult the related google docs files, they do not
seem to be there (but I could be doing something wrong...). I had printed
them but for me they need a magnifying glass to decipher them. When we
migrate to an ICANN/NCSG website, it should prove more robust (I hope....).
