[EC-NCSG] NCSG Beijing Communique

Hi Robin,
thanks for the proposal,
I think that is more flyer/brochure than communique (btw we should make a
formal statement/communique after ICANN meeting to summary all our
positions and opinions we have during the meeting following GAC example but
more short, anyway that is another suggestion)
I see many points to be in just one-page print-out, so we should prioritize
content and avoid to make it really full and then unreadable.
I guess the focus is about joining NCSG and "who we are", our lastest NCSG
and members activities and Alain's idea about paragraph in local languages,
some photo in background, something not flashy, professional.
texts need to be carefully written since they are a kind of "sales pitch"
to do outreach. I guess that should be in front page and the rest in the
back
anyway to get better picture of what we want to do, maybe we can put those
plan in doc and start playing with section , how to split in sections and
what to add or remove
