[EC-NCSG] NCSG Beijing Communique

Dear Robin,
Sounds like a real good idea to me. Let me run it by NPOC-EC and recruit
editing help at the same time. We should include a few pictures just to
make it a bit attractive. ICANN staff can pretty it up too once the text Is
finalized. You can count on me to work with you on it.
We should have a quarter or half a page in mandarin to catch
local attention in Beijing. On section V content, I would include the NPOC
events in Beijing too ("The impact of new gTLDs on NGOs/NFPs" is one of the
two 2hr workshops we are planning (if ICANN give us the rooms!)
