Dear Robin,

Thanks and ...just making the deadline! It was nice working with you in LA.
Have a nice week-end! Cheers, Alain

Dear EC-NCSG Colleagues, here are the results of my due diligence on this
latest batch:

*Pending applications under review:*

14 - *REPAOC*: RE-APPROVE in light of the reputation of this network and
its partners ( AFVP France, AQOCI Quebec, CEDEAO West African Community,
FONDATION FORD US, MINISTERE DES AFFAIRES ETRANGERES France and UN(DEF),
the fact that its ED, Tete Benissan is on the IAB of PIR.org, and finally
that Marie-Laure Lemineur knows him personally and has recruited him). The
website indicates no commercial reference, essentially it is a development
and HR platform for 10 national NGO Associations. This is a big catch for
NCSG in terms of dissemination numbers and outreach potential in
francophone West Africa. NPOC membership requested and pre-approved
conditional to NCSG membership approval.

15 - *Denise Brunsdon* - APPROVE given that Milton knows her...but website
a bit confusing... maybe Milton can tell us a bit more since he knows her?
Individual IU approved for NCUC membership conditional to NCSG membership
approval.

16 - *TAC *- APPROVE as individual IU member for NCUC membership... when
website is completed as promised by Yuliya last year and shows that TAC is
more than a one woman origanization, NPOC will reconsider institutional
membership...

*New pending applications:*

2 - *Virpi Kauko* - url non-fonctional ????? no other info available... NOT
APPROVED

3 - *Serigne* - no info available... NOT APPROVED

4 - *CTIC Foundation* - Recruited by Klaus Stoll. This is a leading ICT4D
Not-for-profit in Spain... APPROVE... NPOC membership requested and
pre-approved conditional to NCSG membership approval.

5 - *Pilots N Paws*... APPROVE if this NFP appoints its own representative
(in light of Robin's argument that Bikof cannot represent his client)

6 - *Heather Leason*... APPROVE for NCUC individual membership

7 - *Mike Jones*...no info available... NOT APPROVED

8 - *Internet Society Belgium *- I have already APPROVED by separate email-
the CEO, Rudi Vansnick is already an NCUC individual member and wishes to
become an active volunteer with NPOC.... NPOC membership has been requested
and pre-approved conditional to NCSG membership approval.

9 - *Jordi Iparraguirre*... website is http://www.iparraguirre.cat/... not
http://www.iparraquirre.cat/... family website... language is catalan...
APPROVED...

10 -*Prof. Kottapalli Seshagirirao*... APPROVE for NCUC individual
membership

11 -* ISOC Armenia* ...I have already APPROVED by separate email.... NPOC
membership has been requested and pre-approved conditional to NCSG
membership approval.

12 - *Engineering Academy of Armenia.*..APPROVE...NPOC membership has been
requested and pre-approved conditional to NCSG membership approval.

13 - *Martin Pablo Silva Valent* - no info available... NOT APPROVED

Cheers, Alain
