[EC-NCSG] review of new batch of applications for Nov/December

Hi Everyone,

it is time to cover the new batch of  applications from those received in
November and also in December, after this we will have the applications
review regularly in the middle of every month to avoid the accumulation and
having a reasonable number to review every time.

for those pending from last review and waiting for response, I will update
the file every time I receive responses

It will be great if you can double-check the "pending" sheet. after this we
will improve gradually the process starting from getting more info from the
application form.

for the EC monthly call, I would suggest the 20th December at 17:00 UTC.
please confirm your attendance and so I can get ICANN staff support for the
phone bridge. I understand that is just before the holidays but it will be
good to finish such task before the end of year and starting with new slate
for 2014.
