Hi Marie-Laure

yes I planned to send the batch of what we couldn't review last time and
new applications for December. I will prepare the excel file and try to
tweak it to make it more easy to read and check. After that, we can have a
regular and lightweight batch every month starting from January and also
trying new format for voting (starting with updating the form itself). this
will depend if we can review the batch by this month and everybody should
commit to do so.

3rd week (of the 16th December))looks more realistic and we can have EC
call then   . I will ask ICANN staff for setting the phone bridge and adobe
connect if needed.
