[EC-NCSG] Fwd: NPOC membership

Hi, can I be reminded quickly why NCSG is not the right place for EAA? I
know someone made an argument but I'm not sure if it is because they hold
the ccArmenia? If so, should I send them to ccNSO perhaps?
