[EC-NCSG] Wednesday 17 October 13:00 in Toronto for NCSG-EC meeting

Dear NCSG-EC Members:

The NCSG-EC meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 17 October at 13:00 in  
Toronto.

I've been in touch with Glen, who is working on finding a meeting  
room for us and also on setting-up remote participation.  But she is  
not sure we can get the telephone bridge and the recording this close  
to the meeting.   I'll pass along the meeting room and other details  
as soon as I've got them.

Since all NCSG meetings are always open to observers from the NCSG  
membership, of course Klaus is welcome to observe this NCSG-EC meeting.
