[EC-NCSG] Requesting an NCSG-EC meeting in Toronto

Let me express complete support for an NCSG meeting in Toronto. We always have one, don't we?
I wasn't at Prague, but we certainly had an NCSG meeting distinct from NCUC in Costa Rica.

Dear NCSG-EC Colleagues:

Can we please have a meeting in Toronto?

There is a lot of NCSG house cleaning to be done and unresolved issues to be addressed. I had asked for an NCSG-EC meeting in Prague to no avail.

Everybody at ICANN knows that NPOC is only tangentially attached to NCSG as a late comer. If we are to be serious about running a real SG, we should meet and deal with the issues.

Please advise soonest if this is agreable to you. NPOC-EC members are available for an enlarged NCSG Execs meeting.

I propose the following agenda:

1. Pending and disputed applications;
2. Resolving differences on the NCSG Application form regarding the NGO financing question, which NPOC considers inappropriate and was included without NPOC's agreement;
3. Respecting the NCSG Charter in the NCSG-Discuss list - current complaint to Ombudsman;
4. Thinking of alternate ways to organize the SG.
