Dear Alain,

I have no objection to holding a NCSG-EC face-to-face meeting to
discuss issues in Toronto. But you really need to learn to use the
NCSG mailing lists that were set up explicitly for that purpose.

You have been asked to explain yourself on this allegedly
inappropriate application question by providing what information you
are talking about when you claim it is an illegal question. Now
please present what you are talking about. You don't need to wait
for a face-to-face meeting for this.

Many of us have been waiting for to explain yourself for quite some
time now. Please use these lists so there is a record of the
discussion.

Thank you,
Robin
