Dear All,

Below is NCSG's schedule and draft agenda for the afternoon of Tuesday 13 March in Costa Rica.  Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions on it so it may be finalized in the next couple of days.  

Tiffany's is the name of our main meeting room at the venue (Ramada).  There will be a telephone bridge to enable remote participation throughout the day.  NPOC & NCUC each have a meeting Tuesday morning also.

13:30 : Welcome & Introductions (Room: Tiffany's)

13:45 : Reports from constituencies on their morning discussions

14:00 : NCSG Policy Discussion
   1. Reserved names in new gtlds (RC / IOC)
   2. Law enforcement negotiations with registrars / RAA
   3. Whois privacy concerns
   4. SOPA / PIPA Domain Name Take-Downs & DNS Filtering Issues
   5. New gtld applicant support

15:00 : Prepare for discussion with Board

15:20 : BREAK to meet with Board (room change)

15:30 : NCSG with Board of Directors (La Paz C)

16:30 : BREAK (room change)

16:45 :  NCSG Meeting Reconvene (in Tiffany's)
              1.  NCSG prep for GNSO Meeting on 14th
	      2.  NCSG Email Discussion List

17:30 : BREAK: Head for cocktails and don't look back (or catch the last 45 minutes of the GAC/Board Mtg).

20:30 : MUSIC NIGHT
