[EC-NCSG] 4 new membership applications to consider

Dear NCSG-EC:

We currently have 4 new applications pending for membership in NCSG submitted via our new online form.  Please review the applications and conduct your due diligence so we may make a determination of eligibility for membership.

Each of you has access to the application data in the Google Docs folder for NCSG-EC.  If you have difficulty accessing the data, please let me know.
