[EC-NCSG] new NCSG Application: Ganeswar Sahoo

May we please reach a decision on the NCSG membership application from Ganeswar Sahoo in the coming days?

I have also voted to approve.  How do others vote on this application from Ganeswar Sahoo?  I would like to get back to him by the end of the week, so please vote in the next couple of days.
