[EC-NCSG] NCSG/NPOC membership application from CECADH, Costa Rica

Dear NCSG-EC,

Regarding the two issues mentioned by Milton wrt the CECADH application:

1. Marie-laure Lemineur email at CECADH is mlemineur at cecadh.or.cr

2. Depending on institutional practices and policies, it happens that some
NGOs (and other organizations as a matter of fact)  do not wish to  list
all its staff on their website -for different reasons-   and rather prefer
to indicate one contact email such as is done at CECADH. For instance,
another NGO in Costa Rica that does not list staff and only stipulates one
email contact is the http://paniamor.org/index.html .

I hope this clarifies the matter!
