Dear EC members:

Let's please deal with these pending applications. We should have all had time to look at them in the Google Docs folder. I'll include my comments below for each one.

The 2 individuals listed to represent this organization already represent 2 other organizations in NCSG. Caroline Figures already represents International Institute for Communications and Development in NCSG and Klaus Stoll already represents Fundacion Chasquinet in NCSG. Since the rules do not permit 2 people to represent 3 organizations, I'd suggest to Klaus and Caroline that they submit another individual in the organization to represent GKPF in NCSG, or perhaps they'd like to amend the representation for the 2 organizations that they already represent, so there will be a 3rd person to represent this 3rd organization in NCSG.

How do the other members of the EC vote on these pending applications?
