[EC-NCSG] Request for ALAC/NCSG meeting in Costa Rica

Hello Heidi,

Thanks for the email.  Yes, NCSG would like to have a discussion with At-Large in Costa Rica.  I think the time proposed below however may conflict with the GNSO Council meeting, where most of our members will need to be at that time.  Perhaps we could try an alternative time-slot?  

We'll come up with a couple substantive policy issues to propose for the agenda in the coming days.
