[EC-NCSG] 26 January 21:00 UTC Next NCSG-EC meeting

Dear Executive Committee Members:

Since we only have received 1 new membership application since our December NCSG-EC meeting (forwarded to this list 3 Jan), we probably don't need to hold the January EC meeting via teleconference.  Instead we can discuss and decide on the membership application via the email list.   So this is a suggestion to cancel the January teleconference.  Would anyone prefer that we do not cancel the NCSG-EC teleconference on 26 January?  I'm happy to go forward with it as planned if anyone would prefer, but given the lack of other new membership applications in January, we don't have much to consider at this moment.   What do others think?
