[EC-NCSG] NCSG On-line Application form: Suggested Changes Re: Introduction NCSG membership form

This is great, thank you. I can add this text to website where we
post the link to the online form, which for now is here:
     https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Membership

But we may want to create a main section to the NCSG website labeled
"Join NCSG" or something more specific like that with higher
visibility where we can go through the joining process in detail and
include this link so applicants can always know where they are in the
evaluation process and what the concerns are, if any.

There is a lot of room for improvement in this process and I know we
all want that (and we have made significant progress in the last
year). After speaking with staff a couple days ago, I do think ICANN
will provide some assistance, so I'm encouraged for the coming year
and getting these technical, website, data management issues behind
us so we can focus on more substantive matters and engaging and
growing the membership.

Thanks,
Robin
