[EC-NCSG] NPOC Membership Application - Pilots N Paws

Dear Kiran,

Thanks. I note your clients' requirements and those are fine with NPOC.This
application needs to go to NCSG first -  go to
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Membership and file it
there - I advise Robin and NCSG-EC by copy as courtesy and for due
diligence soonest, since this application has been expected for a long time
when the Onbudsman finally made his decision.

Since we have an NCSG-EC meeting this Friday, we could process your
application if it was received at above url before. If not it will be
considered at next meeting.
