[EC-NCSG] Cintra Sooknanan appointed to NCSG-EC by NPOC in replacement of Lori Schulman

So far there have been no objections to the membership application  
for ISOC-T&T (and several approvals), so unless an NCSG-EC member  
objects in the next 2 days, we will deem the approval the membership  
application and accept ISOC-T&T for membership in NCSG.  So if there  
are any objections or need for additional information from this  
applicant, please raise the issue on this list in the next 2 days.   
I'd like to move this process along.

The NCSG-EC meeting is confirmed for next Friday 21 December at 9:00  
PST.  I received word offlist, so we can confirm the scheduling of  
this meeting.
