[EC-NCSG] NCSG Applicants excel file under google docs

Hi Brenden,

It has been removed somehow. Robin told me it was an old file... too bad
because some of the applicants there have never been processed... what a
mess!

I will send you copy of Robin's email.

You may recall that in Toronto, at the NCSG-EC meeting you attended, it was
decided that Klaus and Milton were to get together to suggest improvements
to the NCSG membership application form. This has not happened yet, but I
know Klaus has since drafted a proposal. I will send it to you soon.
