[EC-NCSG] applicants to NCSG

Dear Alain and all:

Yes, you are looking at a very old unused form that was replaced  
awhile ago with the following link to the summary pending  
applications (accessible by EC members) up to the most current batch  
we have been evaluating on this list:

Looking at the above summary link, we still have 16 membership  
applications pending that need to be resolved.   On some of them, we  
have received some updated info from applicants or we need to have a  
discussion about the underlying issue to make progress on the  
application.

So I'd like to propose that we hold a NCSG-EC telephone meeting so we  
can make final disposition of each of these pending applications that  
have not been resolved on this list before the call.   How about  
either next week either 12 or 13 December for one hour call to  
discuss any remaining unresolved applications in this batch?  What  
are members' availability like for a call next Wed or Thur?

I think there are a number of applications pending that can easily be  
resolved before the call - either on this list, or make the comment,  
vote in the file directly (above link).

For those saying "where is the application / I can't find the  
application, etc."  please remember all the complete unabridged filed  
applications are always here:

If it isn't the above data file, then the desired info wasn't filed  
by the applicant.  But please be sure to look at the complete  
applications in making your evaluations.
