[EC-NCSG] list of approved ncsg membership applications

Dear NCSG-EC Members:

Looking through the archive, we've completed our due diligence and  
voted to approve a number of pending NCSG membership applications on  
this list in recent weeks, so I'll summarize those approvals below  
and welcome them into the NCSG at this time.

I'll send out another email to follow this one that summarizes those  
membership applications that still have questions or are awaiting  
further input before their evaluations are complete.

So the APPROVED without objection NCSG membership applications at  
this point from the batch pending are:

1.  National Council for Voluntary Organisations

2.  Movimento Mega Nao

3.  US-Ignite

4.  Benjamin Farrand

5.  Stefania Milan

6.  Walusungu Gondwe

7.  Tobias Mahler

I'm sure we all look forward to welcoming these 7 new members into  
NCSG at this time!
