[EC-NCSG] NCSG membership resgistration

I agree - we make the form available for perusal, and whatever need the
applicant has, but contimue to request that the online form be used for all
the reasons you mention.

We can discuss our last difference - the funding question - at the NCSG-EC
meeting in Toronto (when is that meeting happening?)

Brenden, I guess it is in your capable hands. Let us know if you need help
from NPOC.
