Dear Alain,
Since this notice comes from NPOC's new Chair requesting to replace its current NCSG-EC appointments, I've updated the EC mailing list by adding Alain and removing Michael and Klaus from the EC mailing list.
I can add Lori to the EC and PC lists as soon as her organization is accepted for membership in NCSG, which I expect will be in a couple days. However, constituencies should remember that they can only appoint NCSG members to the NCSG EC / PC. So please be sure the names you appoint have already been accepted into NCSG for membership.
Dorothy Gordon is not an observer for NCUC, she is the observer from the candidate Consumer Constituency. Candidate constituencies have an observer right on the EC as per the NCSG Charter.
Please also bear in mind that these substitute appointments are coming in the middle of the term, which end every year at the annual meeting. So these terms end with the annual meeting this year and each constituency will need to make their new appointments for the next year's term.
Also, those websites you want changed are not maintained by NCSG and I have no posting rights to them.
If there are specific issues you want discussed, please don't wait for a meeting to be called, let's use the EC mailing list to get the ball rolling on any needed discussions. That is what it is there for.
Thanks,
Robin

I also request that NPOC be allowed one observer (like Dorothy Gordon for NCUC). The nominee for NPOC observer on NCSG-EC is Klaus Stoll.
