[EC-NCSG] NCSG Membership Applications to Review

These all look OK to me, except for Edward Morris. Nothing necessarily wrong, I would just want to know what large noncommercial org he is affiliated with. Can we ask him that? (We should add that question to the membership form.) His name is too common to  do anything useful with Google searches.
