Dear Rafik

I am not the most active NCSG member but I have been around for a long
time and do try and to stay up to date. I feel you have been an
excellent chair. Reliable, present in your commitment but not in your
ego. Insightful always and direct when required. Your leadership style
had enabled and supported others to participate and build their confidence.

What more could we have asked for?

Thank you!

@Bruna all the best for your term and I look forward to having more time
for ICANN next year and becoming a more active participant.

Anriette
