Hi everyone

NCSG RDRS SSAD Supplemental Team Update

The RDRS SSAD Supplemental Team has started its work. We are currently
reviewing Recommendation 11, which concerns the terms a d conditions for
the centralized system that triages access to data requests.

We are proposing to amend Recommendation 11.3 as follows:

“The SSAD Terms and Conditions MAY be updated as appropriate by ICANN org
to address applicable law and practices, [ internationally recognized human
rights and global data protection standards].”

The change is in the bracket.

We welcome input from NCSG members on this proposed language. Please share
any comments or feedback with the team.
