[Ncsg-discuss] NCSG fellow Position Paper on DNS abuse

Hi all,

I am happy to share the NCSG position paper on DNS abuse summarizing NCSG
work on the topic for many years. The document was drafted by NCSG fellow.
NCSG Fellowship is a project supported by PIR to help us on policy work. I
want to thank Godsway for the work done.

The purpose is to have a reference document for our members to understand
the issue and background, to be used during discussion such as the DNS
abuse working group. It is also aimed to be shared widely within the
community to build more awareness.
