Dear NCUC Community and Election Coordination Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

After careful consideration, I would like to respectfully withdraw my
nomination for the NCUC Africa EC position.

This decision was not made lightly. Recently, I received a new professional
appointment that will require a significant responsibility, time, and
commitment. Following thoughtful reflection, I believe it is important to
prioritize transparency and integrity by stepping aside at this time, as I
may not be able to dedicate the level of active engagement and service that
this important role truly deserves.

I remain deeply committed to the values and mission of the NCUC and to
advancing inclusive, people centered Internet governance across Africa and
beyond. My decision to withdraw does not reduce my interest in contributing
meaningfully to this community, and I look forward to continuing my
engagement, collaboration, and supports required within the
multistakeholder ecosystem.

I sincerely appreciate the encouragement, goodwill, and supports extended
to me throughout this process, and I remain grateful for the opportunity to
have participated.
