Hi Julf,

Tx you for bring our Rep!  For those of us focused in other areas of 
ICANN, this is new.

For purposes of upcoming comments, Could you help us understand what we 
should be looking at?

- What was the purpose of this group and document?

- What concerns do you have about the document now published? What have 
you raised in the past? What can we help amplify?  From a human rights 
perspective, in the areas we focus on, what are the concerns, issues 
that you see?

- what's good about the effort and document -- what should we help to 
reinforce?
