Thanks for sharing this. I am planning to attend Seville as a self-funded participant (unless I get a funding opportunity)
I would like to apply for this opportunity. I served as a Vice- chair on IDN EPDP WG, GNSO Liaison to the WG, and a Councillor.

I once attended a policy course in Puerto Rico, and this would be a normal next step for me.
