Hi Rafik and everyone,
Thank you for sharing this comprehensive position paper, and a big thank
you to Godsway for compiling such a thorough history.
As a new member of the NCSG community, I find this consolidated
reference incredibly
valuable for getting up to speed on the nuances of the DNS abuse debate.
I completely echo Emmanuel’s points on structure, readability, and the need
to surface core recommendations early to maximize advocacy impact. My
background is in public policy, strategy, and program evaluation, so I
frequently work on transforming dense technical analyses into brief,
high-impact frameworks for decision-makers.
I look forward to diving deeper into this paper, learning from you all, and
helping the working group shape our upcoming policy outputs to be as
strategically accessible and robust as possible.
