[Ncsg-discuss] [Announcement] Welcome to New NCSG Members, April 2026

Dear Rafik Dammak and other Distinguished NCSG members,

Thank you for the warm welcome and for the guidance provided. I am
delighted to be joining the NCSG community and I look forward to actively
participating in its discussions and initiatives.

As a network engineer with over ten years of experience at a Congolese ISP,
founder of Gotek Training Center,  and promoter of the University Tour
advocacy initiative in Pointe‑Noire, I feel honored to contribute to this
forum.

I am eager to engage in policy dialogues, share best practices, and learn
from the experience of other members to enrich my contributions. I also
look forward to the onboarding steps and the support that will enable me to
participate effectively in ongoing and future activities.

Thank you for the opportunity to collaborate and contribute to NCSG and to
ICANN’s broader mission.
