[Ncsg-discuss] Questions for meeting with CEO

On this point, I assume that ICANN invests these funds in low-risk
instruments. It may be useful to clarify whether the funds currently being
withdrawn represent surplus returns generated by those investments, or
whether there has been a real reduction in the principal, after accounting
for inflation adjustments.
