[Ncsg-discuss] Questions for meeting with CEO

Hi Rafik

We didn’t get to provide input on this, I was hoping we could just bring it
up with the CEO to tell the Board:

Basically providing additional fund is something we support for new gtld
application but ICANN reserve funds is not the pot of money to touch for
operational matters. How did they come up with that decision? How can we
prevent them from tapping  into the reserve funds which is not for
operational matters in the future. And it’s not little money and there is
no plan to put it back from other sources at later stage.
