[Ncsg-discuss] Public comments

Hello Farzi,

I have taken the lead in drafting the UA comments and shared them for
review. I hope colleagues will be able to contribute before we proceed with
the submission. Several of our member organizations are actively engaged on
these issues, and this represents a valuable opportunity for them to
provide input.
