Thank you to NCSG for all your valuable support in making this session
possible.

This session is an open discussion session for the ICANN community,
facilitated by the NCSG and co-organised with Civil Society Alliances for
Digital Empowerment (CADE), to examine the intersection of the DNS and
freedom of expression.
This session will be divided into two distinct parts:
Part 1: Overview of technical methods to restrict access to content via the
DNS (DNS Blocking, Domain Takedowns/Suspension)
Part 2: Human Rights Discussion
