[NCSG-Discuss] Is ICANN helping to subvert its own governance model?

Munyua has highlighted important questions which, in her mind seem to
contradict the multistakeholder model of internet governance and RIR
governance principles.

Should her fears be justified, I too would fear a similar situation
possibly occuring sooner rather than later to other RIRs and subverting the
multistakeholder governance model we all support.
