Subject: [Ext] Nomination of Tapani Tarvainen

I would like to nominate Tapani Tarvainen for Council.  In my recollection, Tapani has not done this, yet he is an excellent candidate to perform this role.  He has been very active in international Internet circles, understands the EU situation, and knows us well.  He has a great background in privacy, and we need all the expertise we can get on that front.
I hope Tapani will accept this nomination.
