Nominating Rafik Dammak for a second term

Hi all

I would like to nominate Rafik for NCSG chair for a second term. Rafik has
showed leadership in a short span of time and has taken a few initiatives
that shows NCSG’s leadership and effectiveness to other stakeholders and
constituencies. I think we benefit from him continuing in this role.
