Fully contemplated by the summary.

I would also highlight, possibly as part of the "Resilience in Times of
Crisis" paragraph, that the Multistakeholder model is more recent than
other governance models and, like many others, is still being improved. The
gaps we see are constantly evaluated and targeted by change proposals. More
importantly, improvements that affect the whole community/society are more
easily achieved when multiple actors participate in the decision process,
because it is much harder for a single dominant group, favoured by a
specific flaw, to hinder attempts of corrections.
