[Announcement] Travel Slot for ICANN84 Dublin

Hi all,

After reviewing all applications and  discussion, the NCSG EC decided to
allocate the travel slot for Dublin to Michaela Shapiro.
I would like to thank everyone who applied and took time to do so. NCSG EC
appreciates to have a good pool of applicants to select from.
