PSReport - Proposed Revisions to Community Anti-Harassment Policy

Hi everyone,

The Public Comment Summary Report on the proposal of an Anti-Harassment
Policy is out

and, since this is a very important topic for the non-commercial community,
it would be nice to check f all our concerns were adequately comprehended
there.

NCSG is mentioned in sections about the Definition of Harassment and
Examples, Timing, Data and Reporting, ICANN Org/Staff (this seems to be one
that will generate some extra debate), Jurisdiction, Independence of the
Ombuds, Resolution and Appeals.
