Dear NCSG Members,

This is to inform you that the consensus designations process for the Phase 2 Final Report has officially commenced as of 22 January 2025 at 00:00 UTC and will close on 31 January 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

In line with the GNSO Working Group Guidelines, all working group members are required to indicate whether they accept or do not accept the leadership team's proposed consensus designations. This should be done by replying to the original message.

Key points to note:

   - No Objection: If you do not respond by 31 January 2025 at 23:59 UTC, it will be taken as acceptance of the proposed consensus designations.
   - Objections Raised: If any member raises an objection to a specific recommendation, the leadership team will reevaluate and publish an updated consensus designation for review.

In the absence of disagreements, TPR Policy Support Staff will incorporate the accepted designations into the Phase 2 Final Report.
Please review the attachment document

Best regards,
